Transit agencies in the US can now get direct, streamlined access to Blaise Transit’s services through 791 Coop — a cooperative purchasing program with pre-negotiated, competitive pricing. They’ve already gone through the RFP so you don’t have to.
For many transit agencies, running a feasibility study or adopting new on-demand and paratransit software isn’t just about finding the right fit — it’s about getting through the procurement process. Months of paperwork, competitive bids, and formal evaluations can slow progress and use up valuable resources. In the meantime, planned service improvements are put on hold, and communities wait longer for better transit.
There’s now a faster path to launch.
Blaise Transit’s services – including feasibility/optimization studies and on-demand/paratransit/fixed software implementation – are now available through the 791 Purchasing Cooperative (791Coop) giving agencies in all 50 States a straightforward way to access our services at a pre-negotiated, set price. By using 791Coop, the procurement work is already done and agencies can move more quickly toward implementing service changes that benefit riders.
791COOP is a cooperative purchasing program that allows public agencies across the US to buy goods and services from vetted vendors. Once an agency becomes a 791Coop member (at no cost), they can select from a range of approved products and services — including Blaise Transit — without issuing their own RFP.
This approach streamlines procurement, reduces risk, and ensures compliance with state and local purchasing laws.
